The range of products of the GEFEG-NECKAR Antriebssysteme GmbH includes driving solutions for virtually all driving tasks up to 750 watts. The requirements of almost all lines of business are fulfilled. The customized interpretation and adaptation of the systems is carried out by experienced engineers with extensive application of industry-specific know-how.
Our system technology is based on
– DC motors of different technology:
DC motors with permanentmagnets and mechanical current commutators.
Brushless DC motors for electronic current commutation with hall sensors. The commutation electronics can be either external or integrated (see intelligent drive systems).
– Intelligent Drive Systems:
From our intelligent drive systems you can choose between brushless DC motors and brushed DC motors.
Both with integrated control electronics and bus interface.
– Three-phase current and AC motors:
Our single phase and three phase motors are 2- and 4-pole asynchronous motors for use at AC power supply.
– Universal engines:
Universal motors are collector motors which can be used for DC or AC current supply.
– Geared motors
– Spur wheel transmissions in different designs:
Our spur gears are designed for a high efficiency. They are available in 2 - 6 stages. The spur gears can be combined with all our motor types.
– Worm gears:
Worm gears for 90° force direction change with shaft center distances from 17 mm up to 40 mm. The worm gears can be combined with all our motor types.
– Planetary gears:
Our planetary gears are designed for a high efficiency. They are available with 1-4 stages. The planetary gears can be combined with all our motor types.
– Electronic controls, integrated or external:
Our control units are 4-Q-Controllers. They are based on the electronc platform of the integrated controllers (compare MC motors). They all have a CANopen interface and can be used for DC motors and brushless DC motors.
– Field bus systems
– System accessories like brakes, encoders (incremental,
absolute), speedometers:
Our incremental encoders are compatible with all our motors. They are available in different types from 50 up to 1024 pulses. Special types are available on demand.
Fail-safe brakes for use with AC or DC current. Current on brakes available on demand.
Our brakes are compatible with all our motors.
